A Village Fair
A village fair is a gethering of a larger number of village people. Usually it is held on certain occasion. A village fair is held in an open place or by the bank of a river or canal. Different kinds of goods are displayed there for buying and selling.A village fair is held for a week or a fortnight or for a hole month.All kinds of people from children to the old gather there. Very often people from neighbouring villages also come here. There are cinema, puppet shows, jatra,circus,nagardola, etc.It is a place of union. Such a fair plays an important role in creating brotherhood and breaking the prejudice.
